Very strange stuff. I finally got to test more. When logged in as the standard user, using Firefox fails to open a Zoom using the test page. If I run Firefox as administrator, it works normally. If I log into the computer as the domain admin and open Firefox to the test page, it works. The processor being an i5 is only half the story, just as important is how old the processor is, how many cores the processor has, and what GPU is paired with it.

If the blur background feature is missing from Zoom, the most likely reason for it aside from needing a software update wokr that your computer isn’t new enough or powerful enough for it. I currently have the same issue. No option to blur my background.

And Yes I meet all the requirements to blur my background. I do not even have an option key to blur it, so this shows me it is an issue on Zoom’s end.
